My finished Projects

Here I would like to give you an overview on the projects, which I have finished during my professional activities, while studying and during my AIESEC activities.

Titel   CRM@AIESEC
Initiator AIESEC in Austria
Dauer March/April 2003

Beschreibung


The task was to create a CRM-solution for the nonprofit-organisation AIESEC in Austria with which the organisation can manage stakeholder data (companies, students and members). The members section was planned as an autonomous yellow-pages system. The chosen architecture was an internet application with MS ASP and a MS Access database.

My tasks within the project:

  • Development of the data model

  • concepting the screen layout

  • Development of the components (ASP, database)

Initiator AIESEC in Austria

Description


The task was to create an application management tool for the nonprofit-organisation AIESEC in Austria for diverse events, which should be administrated autonomously. The chosen architecture was an internet application with MS ASP and a MS Access database.

My tasks within the project:

Title   ATMG Platform
Initiator ePunkt Internet Recruiting GmbH
Duration October 2002 - Februar 2003

Description


The task was to develop an online platform for the company ePunkt Internet Recruiting GmbH (as project partner of the Austrian Taskmanagement Group (ATMG) of the Austrian chamber of commerce) with which it should be possible to allocate jobs to registered members. The chosen architecture was MS ASP with an ActiveX-Dll and a MS SQL Server 2000 database.

My tasks within the project:

  • Development of the data model

  • concepting the screen layout

  • Development of the components (ASP, Dll, database)

Description


Within a university lecture the task was to create a portal for the University of Linz, which should enable a better marketing for the university's own services. All services and reasearch activities of the university should be integrated into a process portal. 

My tasks within the project:

  • Entwicklung von Wissensstruktur/Datenmodell unter Berücksichtigung der zu unterstützenden Prozesse und des Business Plans

  • Erstellung eines Datenbank-Prototypen für die Wissensstruktur

Title   CRM-tool "eCustomerdata"
Initiator ePunkt Internet Recruiting GmbH
Duration October 2000 - Februar 2003

Description


The task was to develop a CRM-tool for the company ePunkt (Recruitiment company for the IT-Sector), which should be embedded into existing processes and manage all data about company customers and private customers. The chosen system architecture was MS ASP with a MS SQL Server 2000 database.

My tasks within the project:

  • Specify the sytem requirements

  • Production of a system prototype

  • Design and development of all components

  • Testing (components and the whole system)

  • Integration into the existing information infrastructure

  • Ongoing support and extension of functionality

Title   last minute offer trading system
Initiator Johannes Kepler University/Institute of Business Informatics -Department of Data and Knowledge Engineering

Description


The task was to produce a sytem for trading last minute offers of a travel agency within a university lecture. The programming language was Java, the database was ObjectStore (an object-oriented DB), and XML was used for import and export of data.

My tasks within the project:

  • Systems analysis in UML

  • Production of a system prototype

  • Design of the components in UML

  • Development of the components

  • Testing of the components and the whole system

Title   Automated GUI-Generation in Java

Description


The task was to produce a generic editor for automated GUI generation within a university lecture. The programming language was Java, the application itself was a distributed application with Servlets and Applets.

My tasks within the project:

  • Specify the systems requirements

  • Production of a system prototype

  • Design of the components

  • Development of the components

  • Testing of the components and the whole system

Title   Project India
Initiator AIESEC Linz
Duration 9 Months

Description


The goal of this project was to provide Indian students with traineeships at companies in Linz within the international exchange programme of AIESEC Linz. For that reason it was necessary to negotiate with the companies and on the other hand to select the suitable students.

My tasks within the project:

  • Coordination of a team of 4 AIESEC-Members

  • Sell the AIESEC Traineeship-Concept to local companies

  • Select suitable and interested students from India

  • Organise visa und work permits for Indian students

  • Design an info-folder
